Bishoy Fam was raised in a family of attorneys, where he developed an early appreciation for advocacy, justice, and the rule of law. That foundation shaped his commitment to protecting the rights of individuals and holding powerful parties accountable when negligence causes harm.

 

Today, Mr. Fam represents clients in complex personal injury and civil litigation matters across Texas and Tennessee. His practice includes serious motor vehicle and trucking collisions, premises liability cases, dog attacks, and catastrophic injury claims. He is particularly experienced in matters involving significant damages, liability disputes, and multi-party litigation.

 

Before entering private practice, Mr. Fam worked with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Washington, D.C., where he leveraged his background to assist in reviewing suspicious financial and operational activities potentially linked to terrorism. This experience strengthened his investigative approach and attention to detail — skills he continues to apply in high-stakes litigation.

 

In 2017, Mr. Fam was invited to represent the State of Tennessee at UNICEF USA’s Annual Meeting, where he consulted with members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives on issues affecting women, children, and minority communities. His work reflects a broader commitment not only to legal advocacy but to advancing fairness and access to justice.
